Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. 

To be eligible for a return:

• items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition
• items must be returned in original packaging where possible

To start a return, please email us at beth@fateresigned.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. 

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
