Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard shipping at a flat rate, which is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

The same shipping rate applies to all standard orders, regardless of order value. 

Delivery Times

Orders are sent using Royal Mail or an equivalent postal service. 

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Tracking is not guaranteed with standard shipping.

If tracking is included with your order, details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. 

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at beth@fateresigned.com and we will investigate with the delivery provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once an order has been dispatched. 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. 

We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, additional postage costs may be required before resending.
